Extend the life of your laptop computer with Power Support's USB powered -8C Vent. We added a cooling fan to the -4C Vent, providing extra airflow, without adding bulk or diminishing the smart look of the piece. Simply attach the vent to the bottom of your laptop and plug it in to the USB port of your computer to increase the cooling efficiency of your laptop. No batteries or power adapters are required.

The semi-cylindrical -8C Vent lifts the computer from the desktop, ventilating the laptop by creating a heat sync effect. The added height positions the laptop at a comfortable typing angle. This special conductivity silicon seat will reduce the temperature of your laptop up to -8 Celsius (-14 Fahrenheit). Constructed of aluminum, the -8C Vent is exceptionally light, weighing in at less than one pound. The aluminum composition compliments Apple PowerBook's design. Available for PowerBooks and PC Notebooks.

• The temperature change occurring with use of the -8C Vent (USB PoweredFan) is based upon results from internal company testing. These results vary based upon installation method and laptop type.
• In order to provide stability of use and optimal temperature control, line up the silicone seat to the hottest part of the notebook and use the provided double-stick tape to attach the -8C Vent to your laptop.
• The enclosed double stick tape is extremely powerful and once it is attached, it is difficult to remove. Do not permanently lay the double stick tape without first ensuring proper placement on your computer.
• Power Support's packaging does include a temporary tape adhesive for you to use to help determine the best positioning of the -8C Vent (USB Powered Fan).
• Do not raise or carry the laptop by the -8C Vent (USB Powered Fan). Even when attached by the powerful double stick tape, carrying the laptop in this manner puts the computer at serious risk for harm.
