POWER SUPPORT AND/OR ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM (A) THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE POWERSUPPORTUSA.COM's SERVICES, (B) ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH POWERSUPPORTUSA.COM's SERVICES, (C) YOUR BREACH OF ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, (D) LOSS OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF A USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA. POWER SUPPORT AND/OR ITS LICENSE WILL FURTHER NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF POWER SUPPORT OR ITS LICENSORS HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Power Support USA guarantees that all of our products are of the highest quality and will be shipped in their best condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange/refund policy to www.powersupportusa.com customers only. For product exchanges and returns, you may return the item to Power Support USA for an exchange or refund (minus shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. Customized items are not returnable.
Items purchased from Apple, Inc. are eligible for same-item exchange only and are covered for 6 months from date of purchase. You must return the product and a copy of your receipt.
For items purchased from a Third-Party Retailer, please contact the Third-Party Retailer directly to resolve the problem. Power Support USA Customer Service cannot track orders or process cancellations, returns or replacements for items that were purchased from a Third-Party Vendor and these items cannot be returned to a Power Support Store or to PowerSupportUSA.com
All returns must be accompanied by the receipt, and products must be in their original packaging. Returns are subject to a %15 restocking fee, depending upon the condition of the goods and packaging materials upon their return. If the item is returned in "like new" condition, there is usually no restocking fee applied.
For defective products and incorrect shipments, you may ship returns/exchanges to Power Support. Please contact CustomerService@PowerSupportUSA.com for a return shipping label. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Credit Card purchases will be refunded to your Credit Card. If you request an exchange, we will only send you the exchange when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.
Power Support USA requires a copy of the invoice included with the shipment for all claims involving incorrect quantities.
To return a product, please contact Customer Service via e-mail at CustomerService@PowerSupportUSA.com. Please include order number, product number, your mailing address and contact information, reason for return and a copy of your receipt. You will receive a response e-mail instructing you how to proceed. You may also contact Customer Service for return inquiries and requests at 877-342-4159 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and should include all inserts. Do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. A restocking fee will be charged to cover replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on products or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Package the item securely. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection before final return approval.
We will not be responsible for packages lost in shipment. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
No Other Warranties
The policy outlined above is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and conditions, oral or written. No Power Support USA reseller or agent is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to the Return Policy.
Power Support reserves the right to amend and revise the Terms of Service policies. Once these updated policies are posted to the PowerSupportUSA.com site, these revised terms will be in effect. We encourage you to check back periodically, if you are concerned about changes to our policies.
Duties Taxes and Tariffs:
Please note that international customers are responsible for paying all relevant duties and taxes.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, tariffs or shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns on international orders.
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.
You acknowledge that PowerSupportUSA.com contains and provides access to content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. These rights are protected in all media and technologies either now existing or later developed
You agree that you will not breach the rights of the copyright holders by reproducing, modifying, claiming as your own, commercially exploiting, publishing, or transferring said rights. Furthermore, you agree that you will not download or repost any content from PowerSupportUSA.com for the purpose of exploitation. If you are interested in reproducing any content on the PowerSuportUSA.com Web site, you agree that you will contact the owners to secure written permission for use of the material.
Nothing from the PowerSupportUSA.com site is to be reproduced, published, or exploited in any way, in any medium, without express approval from an agent of Power Support.
Customer represents and warrants that Customer has the authority to authorize, and rights reasonably necessary to permit, Power Support to etch the Artwork, and that it will comply with and that the Etching will comply with all restrictions and other terms of any license that Customer has to use the Artwork. To the extent lawfully permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any Power Support loss or liability because of a breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.
Customer is fully responsible for providing any notices required under any Artwork license.
TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY PERMITTED: POWER SUPPORT PROVIDES THE ENGRAVING SERVICES "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POWER SUPPORT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. POWER SUPPORT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $50.00.
Power Support may use Customer's Artwork and trademark solely for the purpose of affixing the mark to the Power Support product in connection with the customization of Power Support's product in accordance with Customer's requirements. Power Support will not sell, market or otherwise distribute or make available any customized product to any person other than Customer. Power Support shall destroy any and all "mistakes", overruns or "seconds" bearing the Artwork. Customer reserves all right, title and interest that it may have in the Log/Artwork, and Power Support shall not grant or purport to grant any permission, consents, or license to any third party without Customer's knowledge and consent.
Due to the changing nature of the computer market and Power Support's continuing product development, prices, specifications, and availability of product on the PowerSupportUSA.com site are subject to change without notice. Site product descriptions and photographs may vary slightly from actual product specifications, due to variances between metric and standard measurements, color processing, or for any other manufacturing or conversion cause. We cannot be responsible for photographic differences in color, shape, or size.
Once you place an order on the Web site, you will receive an order confirmation from PowerSupportUSA.com. This automated response is only confirmation that we received your order and it does not represent the product's actual stock availability. We will notify you if any items are out of stock, discontinued, or if product specifications have changed from the Web site's description. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
We will notify you of any changes, corrections, or stocking issues within 24-hours of the placement of your order. We will not complete your order until we have received written approval from you regarding said changes. Shipping fees, insurance, and sales tax are not included in the product's published prices. We are required by law to collect sales tax on all shipments in California.
PowerSupportUSA.com collects sales tax on all orders being shipped within the state of California. Sales tax is calculated, based upon local California sales tax. There is no tax collected on international orders or for orders shipped outside of the state of California.

The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of Power Support's successors, assigns and licensees.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts of California. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
